All about audiences
Working with All About Audiences (AAA) staff, this day was designed as a pilot for The Experience Business' Creative Thinking Lab workshop. Staff participated in a series of creative exercises which encouraged them to look at their personal and group thinking practices and how these might benefit or limit AAA's performance during a period of organisational change. The second half of the session provided participants with the opportunity to apply their new thinking skills to a real challenge which could then be taken forward.
On behalf of us all here, I just want to say a huge thank you for today. It's a really incredible starting point for us, and so timely at the beginning of this process of change. It was a really exciting, positive, inspirational experience you gave us, and will stand us in good stead for what is to come.
