Hosted by Music South - an organisation which supports the touring of small music ensembles to traditional and non-traditional venues - we focused on designing memorable, socially rewarding and musically rich experiences for largely uninitiated audiences.
Armed with a team of paper dolls (see image), and using persona development, touch point mapping and customer journey analysis, we identified ways to shape the total event experience (not limited to the auditoria), develop audience appreciation of the music and skill involved and, through ‘contextualisation’ opportunities, add depth and dimension to the whole experience.
Your workshop has opened a totally new way of thinking. Thank you so much for the inspiration! We feel that only the limits of our imagination can stop us now.
