Audience insight, creative workshops, concept testing and prototyping were employed to conceive, shape and articulate NFM's 'audience/brand experience offer'. This large-scale programme of stakeholder engagement ensured that the whole process is informed by a deep understanding of existing and potential visitors, the vision and passion of NFM's staff, and the local, national and international aspirations of the City of Manchester.

Together with the project team we created a world-class national museum that will resonate with football fans and families from Ancoats to Ashgabat!

In-depth research and workshops devised and facilitated by Lisa with our staff, stakeholders and audiences really helped us focus in understanding our brand and brand values. This in turn supported our decisions when it came to the design process. We now feel that our brand truly reflects the National Football Museum experience and the thinking and beliefs of all its stakeholders. We could not have done this without Lisa's expertise, energy and determination to ensure that we got the best result possible.
