Nordic Art Station

I was invited by LAJKKA (a regional development and enterprise agency in central Sweden) to work with emergent artists and young cultural entrepreneurs as part of the region’s annual cultural celebration, Nordic Art Station. A series of highly reflective and deconstructive exercises encouraged participants to explore their ‘essential self’ - their personal view of the world, the salient forces that operate in it, and how these have shaped their values, purpose and artistic/creative outputs. For many, this provided a unique opportunity to step out of management theory and apply more ‘human’ methods to reveal their unique, authentic offer.
