Designed to empower staff to adopt a more audience focused and entrepreneurial mindset, the ‘Unlocking the Quay’ workshop programme saw an organisation-wide team re-imagine their brand values and translate them into meaningful initiatives to strengthen audience engagement. Key outcomes included renewed purpose, internal alignment around shared values, new creative competencies, innovative audience engagement prototypes and credible models-for-change.
