Training and Away Days
Lisa’s Experience Design workshop was one of the most impactful and useful training sessions we’ve ever run at Musica Viva, nicely underpinned by the concept that the best ideas and innovation come from within an organisation rather than imposed from outside.
We worked with Lisa to upskill employees from all levels and departments of Opera North to have meaningful Deep Dialogues with audiences. The team loved the training sessions and our ‘new opera audience’ dialogues have given us so much valuable insight to share companywide This will help us make more informed decisions at a time when engaging and retaining new audiences is harder than ever. Thanks a million Lisa.
Lisa Baxter facilitated a Visioning Day that brought together core staff, freelance artists and creative practitioners. The positive impact of this work has been felt across the company and Lisa’s expertise was evident at every stage of the process. Her understanding of communication and culture at a deep level gives Lisa a huge advantage within this sort of employee engagement and visioning process. We felt it also gave huge benefits to an organisation like us.
